Why is this event so special?

The 101 Voices is a 5-hour Depeche Mode celebration dreamed up by fans for fans. The evening will culminate at 20:00 with 101 artists taking to the stage to create an unforgettable experience, evoking the exciting musical world of Depeche Mode with unique musical arrangements. Enjoy the Silence, Wrong, Strangelove, Walking in My Shoes and many more cult songs, in a 50-member symphony orchestra and 45-member Hungarian National Male Choir with a 45 musicians, will be given a monumental sound that will be an everlasting experience for all who attend the event.

One of the largest stages in the concert history of the MVM Dome is being built for the 101 VOICES performance. The sheer power of the production is demonstrated by the fact that at several points in the concert, 100 artists, instruments and vocals at once, will create a powerful new sound with the iconic Mode songs.

For all ages, for all music lovers!

Throughout the concert block, the different musical solutions on which each song is based are constantly changing. Gigi Radics will happen to perform a beautiful ballad by Martin Gore, accompanied by piano, vocalists and the symphony orchestra, or Anna Pásztor will evoke a special DM hit, and there will also be a song with a reimagined musical basis by Zsiga Bernathy and the Hungarian National Male Choir will join in.  Lotfi Begi is also working on his own DM versions, a project close to his heart; he has always considered himself a Mode fan. And the heart and soul of the cast is Lili Fehér, the exceptionally talented piano and vocal performer. Lili was an active part of the whole musical concept and several songs were performed by her. And for the tougher, more scratchy songs, Timi Arany will take to the stage, who is also an indispensable member of this exceptional group of performers. In addition to the vocal performances, there will of course also be a lot of original songs, which will be given a more extended, unique sound by the Hungarian National Male Choir and the Hungarian Studio Orchestra.

One thing is for sure, this special evening is for everyone! For those who are passionate about Depeche Mode and want to enjoy hours of dancing, singing and dancing to Personal Jesus, Never let me dow again or Dream on, but the concert is also recommended for those looking for a unique musical experience, even in the seated sections, where they can enjoy a new rendition of In your room, Behind the wheel or I feel you.

Friends and the dream project ten years in the making

More than ten years ago, three good friends decided to set up their own event management and production company, Friends Club Hungary. With a very similar outlook, interests and endless curiosity about the world - they came to the company and started working together, building the future. Two of them came from the event area, and the third from the stage, who - fatefully for the project - has been a Depeche Mode fan since childhood. As a director and choreographer, it's no coincidence that the idea of a 101 Voices Depeche Mode production was in his mind 10 years ago.

Friends of Friends

The Friends' creative team, in the past years, has been working on several exciting musical experiments with composer Richárd Riederauer and live act Zsiga Bernathy, the Hungarian National Male Choir and the Hungarian Studio Symphony Orchestra, to finally see the time has come to stage their dream project, 101 Voices - Special Tribute, which they have been planning for 10 years.

The 101 Voices concert experience is brought to life by fans - for fans. A Hungarian initiative that pays homage to the musical footprint and legacy of Depeche Mode going back several decades.
